Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlowSpace. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

FlowSpace is a self-management tool. It helps you reflect on your mindspace, physical workspace and virtual workspace, and generates suggestions from what you tell it.

It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice. Suggestions are generated in part by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional where it matters.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of everything you write, upload or create in FlowSpace. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content back to you, and to generate the features you ask for. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models, and we do not publish it.

You confirm you have the right to upload any photo or material you add, including photos of spaces you share with others.

• Do not use FlowSpace for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, or images of people who have not agreed to it.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

AI-assisted features depend on third-party model providers and may change, be rate limited, or be temporarily unavailable. We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the service sustainable for everyone.

We aim to keep FlowSpace running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update this page and notify you in the app before it takes effect.

You can stop using FlowSpace at any time and delete your account permanently from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, and where reasonable we will tell you first.

FlowSpace is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
